XDA developer m-deejay has ported Desire Z ROM to HTC HD2 which works faster as compare to HD2 ROM. This ported ROM also contains features of working compass and call menu.
The only disadvantage of ported Desire Z ROM to HD2 is that camera is not in working. As this is the first version of Desire Z ROM for HD2 and hopefully the next version will cover the remaining deficiencies.
