Drink two glasses of water right after you wake up in the morning before you take your breakfast. During meals drink more water than you should. This way, you will feel full and you will eat less.
3. Fruits and vegetable diet. As I have mentioned, you may opt to replace the contents of your refrigerator.
Buy a crate of fruits and vegetables you want to eat instead of junk food and beer. You can even buy a blender and make a juice out of your favorite fruits with some veggies in it. This is healthy. This is even fun. You can have fun while doing the fastest way to lose weight.
Munch fruits like apple, pineapple and watermelon whenever you feel hungry instead of sweets. Sweets are rich in carbohydrates which will easily turn into fat.
4. Change your outlook in life. Think positive and believe you can shed fat fast and lose weight. What your mind can conceive, your body can achieve.
