Rosemary’s Baby (1968) ****1/2Directed by Roman Polanski
Rosemary’s Baby (1968)- Genuinely terrifying and undeniably beautiful. Farrow’s fantastic. Few clunky scenes. ****1/2 out of 5
What is it about the personification of evil that makes for such terrifying horror films such as The Exorcist and Rosemary’s Baby? In a way, the idea that a creature from hell acquires power in this world by taking on human or semi-human form really ought to be so ridiculous that the viewer can easily remove himself or herself from ultimate terror. That right there is a picture of Rachel Stieringer’s baby taking some wicked bong rips. She was arrested for posting the picture on Facebook.
Before you freak out: the baby passed a drug test, so this was obviously a staged shot. Anyways, there’s no way a baby has the fine motor control necessary to handle the slide and clear a bong properly. I mean, please.
Obviously, this 19-year-old mom won’t be winning any mother of the year awards anytime soon, but she is only dealing with a count of possession of drug paraphernalia, so she should be back to caring for this budding [...]
Babies do a lot of sleeping—sometimes up to 18 hours a day. And with the remaining six hours dedicated to pooping and crying, you have to wonder when these tater tots are actually learning. The answer: sleep multitasking.

Baby monitors have been around for decades, but the only thing most of them can do is let you know if the kid starts crying. He may look peaceful lying there in the crib, but what if your kid is actually sick?
The Sikker baby monitor is designed give parents a much better idea of how the baby is doing. Both baby and parent wear bracelets, which communicate via a wireless base station. In addition to letting you hear what’s going on, you can see basic biometric information like the baby’s temperature, and even talk to the baby or play music by remote.
This all sounds cool, but I wonder [...]
Since Japan’s baby population is on the decline it only makes sense that the country is now churning out robotic babies instead. Osaka University professor Minoru Asada and Hiroshi Ishiguro developed the new M3-neony robot to research motor skills.
In addition to the physical aspects of the somewhat creepy toddler, the robot will also be used to test machine learning software. You can see video of the M3-neony robot, as well as its brother the M3-synchy, in action here.
Some people that you love are going to celebrate their birthdays and the other are inviting you to their celebration parties of their successful in life such as career advance, baby shower and graduation. Well, those might be the important moment for them, and as a good friend you must make those moments memorable to them by presenting a unique present to show that you glad that they are happy by congratulating them through the gift that you give.
