January 26, 2011 The big story the day after the Globes centered around host Ricky Gervais’ mean-spirited, lazy hosting gig. Most people I follow on Twitter have Gervais’ back, but I was quite disappointed with him. Though I do think he was a bit of a bully, that’s not where my real criticism lies simply because most celebrities should be able to take whatever is dished out against them. Microsoft has announced that just within 6 months of release Windows 7 is installed on 1 system out of 10 computers over the globe, which indicates the real success of this Windows OS. Microsoft launched Windows 7 in October 2009, and until now company sold out more than 100 million licensed copies of this new version of OS and it makes Windows 7 fastest selling operating system until now. Last week Microsoft also has released Windows 7 touch pack with six touch applications and that is available for download whereas before the touch pack apps were only released to OEMs.
