The just released iOS 4.3 GM brings some extra perks to iPad users, namely: Multitouch Gestures. These gestures can be used to do variety of tasks such as three finger app switching, going back to the homescreen by simple pinching out on the app you’re running using your fingers etc. Want all this goodness on your iPhone 4? After playing with James Whelton’s iPod Nano hack, Steven Troughton-Smith another iPhone developer has found DFU mode in iPod Nano 6G.

During Jimmy Kimmel’s live show, Justin Long took his iPhone out to share an interesting SMS conversation that he has had, in the process showing Cydia on his iPhone’s homescreen. For those of you who don’t know, Justin Long is the guy who starred in Apple’s widely popular and successful “Get a Mac” series of commercials which aired between year 2006 to 2009.

Redsn0w 0.9.5 has been updated! which brings long awaited support for Windows users to jailbreak iOS 4 GM (formerly iPhone OS 4) on iPhone 3G and iPod touch 2G. The iPad isn’t the only tablet coming out soon, you know. There’s also the JooJoo (formerly the CrunchPad), due to be release in just a couple of weeks. And they’ve just shown off a brand new look for the device.
As you can see by the above homescreen, it’s got a lovely customizable wallpaper and a list of apps on the left side of the screen, which is much nicer than the drab original look that was shown earlier. What do you think, does this beat the iPad’s OS or are you going to stick with Apple?
