We had to do a double take when we saw the $180 price on this 7-inch X10 touchscreen Tablet PC. Amid a sea of me-too slate PCs, this one makes lofty claims, including the most eyebrow-raising of all: the ability to play 1080p video over its HDMI port.
If this cheap 800×480 Wi-Fi and GPS-packing tablet can do what its maker says, it could be a game changer. Instead of spending $1000 on that bulky home theater PC we showed you yesterday, or $500 on the cheapest iPad, you could just plug this baby into your HDTV and watch a huge variety of Blu-ray-quality video formats, including H.264 and Matroska [...]
Here’s a crazy idea: an electric car that can split in two, becoming two separate cars. Or, more specifically, an electric car that can join up with another car of the same model to become one huge supercar.
That’s what Hungary’s Antro is trying to do with the Antro Solo. Pictured above, it’s an electric vehicle that seats three. However, when combined with another Solo, it becomes a six seater that joins forces to become even more efficient.
It’s a pretty wild idea, but one that makes a weird sort of sense. That doesn’t mean we’ll see it on the roads [...]
The Mobile Premier Awards, perhaps the most prestigious startup competition in the mobile business, has named 48 companies to participate in its semi-final round. An international jury will select 20 finalists from this list that will each get a chance to pitch their company at the Mobile Premier Awards ceremony on Feb. 15 in Barcelona. The event will take place during the Mobile World Congress.
Here is the list of nominees:
Though it was created more than 25 years ago, Tetris just keeps breaking records in the game industry. Today, the owners of the game announced that Tetris has sold more than 100 million units on mobile phones since 2005.
The games have sold for anywhere from $4.99 to $9.99 on everything from simple feature phones to the iPhone. That means it has generated anywhere from $500 million to $1 billion in retail revenues for Electronic Arts, the licensee that is making Tetris games, and Blue Planet Software, the owner of Tetris.

The story is that her sister was deathly ill with typhus, so she buried her in the ground on a remote part of the camp grounds with a small pipe sticking up to the surface for her to breathe. The sister stayed like this for 30 days, with Katalin sneaking food and water to her, and a jewish camp doctor snuck medicine.
I don’t know what to say to anyone who would believe this steaming pile of horse shit.

Eva survived the “death camps” of Auschwitz, Bergen-Belsen, and Buchenwald.
