It’s been almost a month since Motorola Droid was released by Verizon and now we’re already hearing news of Motorola Droid 2.0 aka Sholes Tablet. Mobile Android, a Chinese website has posted the first live photos of Sholes Tablet (codename), which looks like an upgrade to Droid.
