Teamhacksung has been porting ICS (to be CM9) for the Galaxy S and we feel that it has reached a state where it would benefit from public testing. However this is still a very early versions and there will be bugs. Bug reports are allowed in this thread only. Please check the known issues section before reporting a bug. The most minor bugs are welcomed (we’d love to know them, but we may not fix them instantly).

Version 3.5 of HTC’s custom Android UX Sense was leaked a few days ago and today, a custom ROM featuring Sense 3.5 – based on Android 2.3.4 “Gingerbread” – has been released which works on the HTC Desire HD.
The custom ROM comes from the usual crafty bunch of folks over on XDA-Developer forums where RCTeam announced it. It is not absolutely stable at the moment, but most things work and it isn’t unusable. If you’ve got a spare Desire HD lying around, you’ll definitely want to check this out.
From the official thread:
This rom is based on Bliss WWE ruu
no chinese leak

After seeing the screenshots and the video walkthrough of Sense 3.5, do you feel like you’re missing out? Us too. Well, lucky folks in possession of HTC’s Desire HD don’t have to wait another minute, provided they’re comfortable flashing custom ROMs. The crafty folks over at the XDA-Developers forums have taken a leaked version of the software from the upcoming Bliss and ported it over to the Desire HD. As to be expected, there are some bugs with this 2.3.4-based ROM — Bluetooth doesn’t work at all, reportedly — but that seems like a small price to pay [...]
Here is the first Honeycomb leak for the Flyer in RUU form. Now that I see someone else has access to the leak my source has authorised me sharing it.
I’ll be posting it pre-rooted and MCR’d etc. next week when my new Flyer arrives, in the interim, flash with caution – at your own risk – and enjoy!
EDIT: It’s not recommended to flash this ROM on it’s entirety – I will release a fully tested build soon. This is recommended for developers only!
Please note HTC classes this as an early Beta!

We could talk endlessly about the little, under-the-hood changes made by Team Revolution, but it really is sufficient to know that Android Revolution HD for HTC Sensation essentially [...]
Itching for some MIUI action on your phone? Well, chances are you’ve already rooted your smartphone and have flashed the popular MIUI custom ROM. If, however, you can’t or won’t flash said custom ROM, you can always give one major part of it a try with this newly released MIUI-style launcher which works on all Android devices.
