Download iTunes 10.6 With support for 1080p videos

It’s not just iOS device users getting a software update today. Apple has also now made iTunes 10.6 available for download, which includes support for 1080p movies and TV shows to match those available on the new Apple TV. The update also brings with it a number of improvements to iTunes Match, including better song matching, and improvements to the way album artwork is downloaded and displayed. Alongside iTunes 10.5 final release Apple begun seeding iTunes 10.5.1 beta to developers with iTunes Match beta. iTunes 10.5.1 beta includes enhancements, and fixes, and it is a recommended update for all of the iTunes Match beta subscribers. Known Issues: The scan & match feature is not yet complete. Some songs may not match (even if they is available in the iTunes Store) and will be uploaded to iCloud. Review: Ricoh CX5

Well, isn’t this just cute? If you’ll recall, Ricoh’s CX4 was found to only be “slightly superior” the CX3 that came before it (and the same with the CX2 / CX3 before that). Apple Extends iTunes Music Previews to 90 Seconds

Apple has sent out the notice to music company’s executives about the change for the iTunes preview which is extended to 90 seconds for the songs with at least 2 minutes 30 seconds duration whereas the 30 second preview is still the same for the shorter songs. Now, for example if any of music label does not agree with Apple’s new terms for iTunes preview then simply Apple will remove their stuff from iTunes. Right now no date is specified for 90 seconds song iTunes preview.
