It’s business as usual on the Tosh telly front, with nothing but meek budget offerings. The Toshiba 42RL853B is one of the latest journeyman shelf-fillers. At 40mm thin, it’s in line with higher-end designs from rival screen makers. But its plastic back panel creaks in a distinctly budget fashion and build is average. Last.fm Garners Nearly 1 Million New Subscriptions Through Xbox Live

Last Tuesday, Xbox announced that it would integrate Twitter, Facebook, Zune video compatibility, and Last.fm into its Live services. The software update was free, and has thus far been a success. We recently reported that over 2 million Xbox live subscribers used the Facebook feature from their consoles in the first week. Equally as impressive, is the fact that last.fm has netted nearly 1 million new subscribers from the partnership.
