Every year Gamescom hosts a computer design contest that draw some of the best case mods I’ve ever seen to the annual German game convention.
This year was no different. Yes, they’re all computers… even the woman.
Like iPod engraving this is also expected that by the end of this year Apple will offer free engraving for iPad for consumers to make the device more personalized.
According to erictric’s anonymous internal Apple resources:
“Apple’s going to be offering customers the option to get their iPads engraved just before the Holidays roll around.”
And further about iPad engraving charges they said:
“…most likely free, especially since they’ll be trying to sell a ton more of the tablets during the holiday season.”
Although, right now Apple did not reveal their plan to offer free iPad engraving [...]
As all of you know Microsoft has announced Windows Phone 7 Series in the beginning of this year which was renamed as Windows Phone 7.
Microsoft is developing the innovative Windows mobile OS from scratch and it would be a fabulous system which is expected to reach the markets by the end of year 2010.
So, in following you may watch Windows Phone 7 features video to know about the Microsoft’s mobile development.
Nokia built a house drawing showing their this year’s phone releases, and all is good, except for the few leaks and new models that haven’t been released yet!
Ofcourse, I’m talking about the Nokia C7, Nokia X7, Nokia E7 and Nokia N9 that you can see in the image above. We’ve seen the others, but what about these? Are they going to be released this year? Or slated for 2011?
For now, all we have is a leaked Nokia document revealing these handset models which we are sure to see sometime soon in the near future! And oh, one phone I did miss. The Nokia S series chimney! Huh?
Some of the biggest PlayStation 3 games will be available to play in 3D this year. The first 3D games hit as early as tomorrow.
At an event in Los Angeles, Sony PlayStation boss Jack Tretton is just rattling off games coming in 3D this year for the PS3. These games will be rendered in stereoscopic 3D and require a 3D TV and glasses in order to experience their popping effects.
Available as early as tomorrow in 3D for your PS3 will be Super Stardust HD and WipEout HD, Pain, and the demo version of MotorStorm Pacific Rift. (Kotaku previously reported that Super Stardust and WipEout’s [...]
The last time we saw the “little dog,” we called him “cute.” Now here he is nearly a year later, and as you can see, DARPA’s experimental robot dog has gotten a lot more graceful, even over the rockiest of terrain. Now we can justifiably call him something between uncanny and scary.
Most of the time, this smart bot goes wireless, and even though he’s picking his way in a deliberate, slow fashion, his graceful movements are a huge improvement over last year’s tentative, clumsy dogbot. So what’s next? Speed this up about 20x, scale it up to the size [...]
Sure would be nice to use the iPhone as a 3G modem, wouldn’t it? Imagine that, sharing your iPhone’s 3G connection with your computer via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Even though Apple said tethering was on the way almost a year ago, we still have not seen any such thing yet. But wait. Rooting around in the iPhone OS 4.0 beta 4, just released last night, revealed a tantalizing clue that AT&T tethering support is indeed on its way.
This must’ve been AT&T finally getting its network together, rather than any sort of innovation by Apple. In fact, Apple said it was “supporting [...]
